Gauss' polynomial lemma is a lemma regarding polynomials.

Gauss' polynomial lemma states that when you multiply two primitive polynomials together, you get a primitive polynomial. Also, in case you didn't know, a primitive polynomial is a polynomial whose coefficient is only divisible by 1.
